Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

General Training Sessions

Summer

Due to the nature of the cost of tournaments and practice ice. No refunds will be given once a player/parent accepts a roster spot. This includes but not limited to injury, prior commitments, or any play up policy that has been voted and confirmed by the majority of the participating familes. In the event that the tournament company cancels a tournament or a particular age group, the fee for the tournament divided by the number of rostered players would be refunded back to the families.
