June 6th and 7th 2026

Day 1 on ice

1st session will focus on technique and posture. Focused line skating down the ice with edge work. Edge work is the foundation of hockey agility, allowing players to pivot, transition, and accelerate on the ice.

2nd hour will focus on quick start/transition/punch turn drills. Once those keys are mastered we will add in puck work and puck skills

Day 1 off ice will consist of a a warmup followed by a 10-13 station plyometric circuit focused on power and explosiveness then we will follow with a  cool down and stretch 

Day 2

1st on ice session: We will take the skills learned in the previous skates and create a high intensity skating circuit. 

2nd on ice session: All players will be able to utilize all skills learned in a fun shooting, battling, and compete drill system.

Day 2 off ice will focus on quickness and agility along with stick handling drills that include foot work.
